My name is Mary A. Stevenson, I am an administrator for Hill's Auto Repair. I called this afternoon and spoke with Ryan is Commercial Accounts. The reason for my call was to make sure the email on the service agreement was changed and I also wanted a paper copy mailed of the service agreement mail to the correct person, because the fine print could not be read. He put me on hold (so he thought) I heard him say to another co-worker (referring to me) and I quote "she don't know what the hell she talking about". I mentioned to Ryan that I heard what you said, it was very unprofessional, and not good customer service. If this is the type of customer service that your company provides we will longer do business with this company. It was very offensive and unnecessary for such a rude comment. A customer should not be ridiculed in the process.
