I was a customer for a long time and I learned that Internet marketing people are like what lawyers and real estate agents use to be and what loan officers are now: Lying, manipulative and over chargers that can not deliver. I just don't understand why I was being billed for 15 min (X 2 since 2 employees both bill fifteen minutes) any time a question was asked to another employee in there company.

Do your research. Most of the successful websites they maintain were already successful.

If you are looking for an internet marketing company to build your business go anywhere else, maybe some place cheaper then turtle hut. You would be better off trying to find a tech savvy high school student - their work is most likely better then Turtle hut and doesn't cost $100+ an hour.
