This reviews is for the service department. I had been trying to make an appointment to have the state inspection done on my car. I called twice and the girl who answered said that service was busy and they would call me back. I still have not heard from them and it has been over a week. Made an appointment with Koons Ford and they got me in two days. Definitely will try to use these guys again. Customer Service is apparently a joke to them.
