Great location of the hotel, very close to a ski slope, very friendly welcome, large modern spa with indoor and outdoor pool. Food in the Johann Grill restaurant good but very expensive. Excellent breakfast with great service. There is a deduction for the service in the spa, old cups were not cleared away and also the cleaning of the rooms did not correspond to the usual Kempinski standards.
