Called three times for information regarding their consignment process. Finally spoke with a woman who asked me to please email over the details. I did so, and then requested to set up an appt.. Never heard back. Followed up a few weeks later...Nothing.

Following our initial communication, as you have posted, I sent 2 emails requesting an appointment. ANY response to those would have been appreciated and of proper customer service.
