Super efficient. Renewed passport made an appointment for 1.15pm for collection. Showed up at 11.45am tried my luck. Took my queue number, before even sitting down my queue number showed up, all in all including parking, heading up, getting queue, collection, bio metric registration took me 15 minutes max. Amazing. Remember waiting no less than 2 hours each time before. They have really really improved tremendously. If only all govnm agencies can follow in their footsteps. Fantastic job ICA!!!
