Went in today to purchase a Kia Sorento and had the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. We meet a nice young man named Pete Bower that was the cars salesmen who showed us the different Sorento's and explained all the different features for each model. We took one for a test drive and really liked it. We then went in to speak with the manager regarding the price and this is where our experience went terribly wrong. My husband asked since the car was taken home and returned by the first person would there be a difference in price. The manager named Jacob Foster became very rude and aggressive and said well all the cars had been taken off the lot and driven so why would we get a special price. I then stated the car had 716 miles and french fries in the back. He stated they could easily clean the car. I then asked what the price of the car was and he said a million dollars. I stated we didn't want to dick around and asked seriously what is the price at which he responded by asking me what I thought the price should be. I said I didn't know what the price should be and that's why I was asking. He went on to ask why we were even there and that everyone has a price in there head. I stated I really didn't have a price in my head an was unsure and that's why I was asking. I asked him why he was being so aggressive which he laughed at and said he had just gotten a cup of coffee and was just excited. I will make sure and let everyone I know the type of experience I had at this dealership. I have never been so offended when purchasing a vehicle. The truly said part is the young man Pete that had originally helped us was amazing. Jacob should never be in customer service since he clearly is not a professional.
