The rental center is terrible. I run a business and they screwed up ever single aspect of the rental. No part of this was good customer service after I called them out. No apology, discount or have they even returned my deposit after five days. No follow up with the issues, nothing. The list goes on and on for this department. I won't use their rental department again. Take some lessons from Home Depot, guys.
