PAY PAY IS UNSAFE. THEY HAVE BEEN DUPED BY SCAMMERS WHOM PROVIDE FAKE INFORMATION INCLUDING TRACKING NUMBERS. BE SAFE, FIND ANOTHER AVENUE TO MAKE PURCHASES. They are currently hiding behind the Covid19 scare to keep their customer service department closed. Probably a pretty good idea considering there are 1000s of customers that trusted PAY PAL and are now finding out it is NOT A SAFE place to put your funds or transactions. Don't believe me, just google it or read further in these actual reviews.
