It was a pleasant experience. I worked with Finn Misa, who was very informative of the Lincoln MKZ that I leased. He also was very helpful in ensuring that I received excellent incentives. Also, there was a problem with the battery on the first day I took the car home. Without hesitation, Finn stepped up and visited my home to check on the problem. He arranged for a battery replacement and a full systems check completed the next day. The car is running great now.
