I bought a used Transit and my experience was outstanding. Bob Guttierez was super helpful and very patient during the process. There wasn't any pressure to buy and he answered every question I had. The price was great and Bob has already followed up with me by phone since my purchase. Bob was concerned about my needs in a vehicle and it showed through his actions and words. Very Happy with my Transit.
