I have been calling the manger of the needle exchange program and have left 5 messages and not one returned! They give out needles to these junkies who have no care in life but to get high... They leave needles all out back of my building with blood spots all over! I have already saved one of their users once and if they weren't enabling this people there wouldn't be needles and drug users all over downtown! They exchange the needles but yet they share them so what is the point? Junkies get needles so do I get free birth control? No I don't so stop handing out needles to people who DO NOT care about kids the seniors or disabled people around here! My mother almost stepped on one! To me and what I thought n now know I am wrong is that a "safe" injection sites allows them to use the needles there and they throw them out so they aren't all over our streets! Keep allowing the over doses, u should be charged just for handing out the needle that was used for the person to OD off of! KEEP SUPPORTING DRUG USE N IT WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO GET WORSE!
