I didn't have any issues with this company until I received an email stating the ownership information didn't match with our secretary of state record. Our SOS doesn't keep ownership information, only registered agent. So I drop everything and bend over backwards to get them all the necessary documents then when I get my renewal, my address is incorrect despite fixing it the previous year. The real kicker is our correct address is on file with the SOS. I sent email saying if you need the information just ask, there is no point in lying. My next email was that they wouldn't be renewing my bond this year and now I have to waste my time going to find a new bond company. I am certain it will not be difficult to find another company that provides better service.
