John is absolutely incredible. He is a true professional, and goes above & beyond for her customers. He listens, is attentive to your needs, and makes thenourchase experience smooth. This is now the second car I have purchased from John, and he is truly the reason I continue to remain loyal to Lexus (aside from the great cars). As a person in the sales/service industry, I am personally wowed by her people skills, and ability to connect to her audience. I would recommend anyone to see John at 21st century auto group!
