The amenities are outstanding and the food is delicious; however, service level needed improvement. For example, I tried to determine when the lap pool opened, as a sign on the door was different from what the front desk said. When I called guest services, they would only give me a third time(!) and refused to determine why I was getting 3 different times. I also called to cancel a wake-up call one night and the phone still rang bright and early the next day.
