I have been to Pinehurst #2 twice in the last three weeks leading up to the 2014 US Open. The first time was a Friday afternoon and it was extremely easy to get in and out. I was able to sit on the terrace of the clubhouse and watch golfers finish on the 18th green. The second time I went was during the Monday practice round prior to the US Open. It is safe to say that it was a much different experience. That said, both times I had a great time.

If you are a golf fan or you love to play golf I would strongly suggest heading to Pinehurst Resort and walking around golf course #2. There are some amazing plaques and statues around #2 as well.
