After an experience that was beyond horrible at this Lexus location, not only will I never bring my car here again, but I never plan on owning a Lexus vehicle in the future. This location does not provide the service I have come to expect from a luxury brand - I am very disappointed.

The service department portrayed themselves to be arrogant, consisted, and unwilling to work with their customers to provide a positive experience. I'm thankful that I have other luxury brand options in my area to choose from.
