Very average. Reception rather unpleasant. I attended three confusions between the people who waited and the reception hangs half an hour that I stayed down ... Very bad image of the country abroad. Otherwise they stayed very accommodating with me and especially once I had my interviews I was treated very well and I received my passport in emergency 3 days later, while I was expecting 1 week. I think the problem remains with people who have 1 first contact / reception. It is clearly 1 works very tiring but does not justify this kind of behavior, the reception is clearly not suitable for a lot of situations.
