Got doubled billed at the Western Restaurant and a...

Got doubled billed at the Western Restaurant and after 3 weeks, their account department is still "processing" my refund. Despite admitting their mistake, they keep pushing me from person to person. Each with a different story. Then they tell me to wait for another 2 weeks! That's 5 weeks! When I said that is an unacceptable excuse, they refer me to the bank and ask me to liaise with them. What kind of management is this? The mistake is on their part. Very disappointing indeed. Surely not the best choice for coming holiday. Isn't there a proper manager to look into these things? Mind you, I am a Malaysian. And this has happened. Think twice. Don't spoil your holiday memories.
