Had Sal as a salesman. He was okay at best till I called and asked why he hadn t called me on the second key I was promised, he got an attitude with me for calling him out on it. He made it very clear that training was more important then getting a key ordered. The detail shop wouldn t get bubble gum off the car or take care of a hazy headlight before taking delivery nothing short of laziness on their part. Right rear tire was low and I was told they fixed a nail in it... Had to air up my tire after having the car over the weekend and found out there was a nail in. Had to get upset before they would actually fix it the right way.... I decided to take the car to a tire shop and have them pull the tire off the rim to confirm that I hadn t picked up another nail in the same tire. There was not plug or patch besides the one the did after having to take the car back. This has been by far the worst car buying experience I ve ever had!!! The only mild saving grace is the the finance department was awesome and the only ones that actually took care of us and provided awesome customer service. the lack of communication from the sales team has shown that they truly only care about selling you a vehicle and do not care about their customers safety in any shape of form. Wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy!
