Having had my car brought to different dealerships...

Having had my car brought to different dealerships such as Dixie Toyota, and Yorkdale Toyota. I wanted to see how Don Valley North Toyota compared and was left finding that these dealerships have such a high standard for customer service which made it very difficult to compare the three.

When I arrived I met with Mark Lopez who assisted me with my appointment. Mark was very professional, honest and courteous. He made sure I received only what was needed and made sure I understood my situation.



The mechanic I wish I remembered his name* did a remarkable job (No markings on the car and the interior was left as is).

Great service, amazing atmosphere I will definitely be coming back.
