I didn't purchase my SRT here, but I have had a few oil changes done, which were quick and problem free. After going in for my first brake pad change at 20,000 km though, I can confidently say this is what is referred to as a "stealership". I would steer clear and do yourself a favour and find a reputable mechanic for non warranty work. Just an unorganized gongshow.
