We are longtime Diamond Members and have upcoming reservations for my wife's birthday. This is a special weekend for us and we have reserved a very nice room at a great rate. Several recent reviews are very disturbing and are justifiably causing us concern. We do not want to ruin our extended weekend with a problematic stay. We stay exclusively at Hilton family properties and have high expectations based on the brand level of service and accommodations. Please leave a note here and assure us of your commitment to the Hilton high standards we have come to expect.
