Terrible customer service. I called 7 times after ...

Terrible customer service. I called 7 times after my parents' plan was cancelled in error. My parents asked to cancel their Medicare Gap and to keep their Dental plan. Someone cancelled both. I spoke to countless reps and countless managers, and no one was able to help. They would transfer me to a "survey" Everytime. What a joke!! I want to reinstate a plan and pay money to these people, and they still won't help me. I'm going to another company!
