I have been a patient here since I was 8 (I'm now 24) and ever since they changed new management a few years ago they have become horrible. Several times I have called to schedule an appointment to either be hung up on, put on call waiting and then hung up on, or forced to leave a voicemail which they never respond to. Just today I called to try and get my prescription refilled and my test results back, and over an hour long of waiting on the call waiting list I was kicked off again to the voicemail box, which I know they will never respond to.
