I live in Oregon and was taking possession of an old family Volvo. The car needed assessment before the drive north. When I called the week prior, another local shop could not be bothered. Got there the following week and was expected. They got the car inspected quickly, identified needed parts and then gave me an estimate and time frame. Hung tight to all all of it.
