RSVPed to an offer and was told no I didn't. When I said that I did and had the email to prove it, I was threatened to be removed from the property by security. Eventually she looked at the email and honored the offer but was not happy about it. Terrible service for a member of their highest loyalty tier. Never again, I'll go elsewhere where I am welcome and treated like a human.
