I had, I thought, a lot of work needing to be done...

I had, I thought, a lot of work needing to be done on my car. So I tried to make an appointment online but the online scheduler said I had to call because there was an open recall on my car. So I did and asked the receptionist if I could speak to a service advisor so she put me thru and I got their voice mail. I tried for a week to be able to actually talk to a service advisor. I left multiple messages, but no one called me back. So then my husband called and left another message for a service advisor. No call back. He finally called again and asked to speak with a manager. The manager #@#@#@# was very helpful and was even able to get me in sooner than I was told was the first available appointment. So when I showed up at the dealership on the date and time the manager said to be there......no one knew I had an appointment. They tried to find the manager #@#@#@# I spoke to and he wasn't around so I was directed to Jenny in the office in the service center. She saved from being a scathing 1 star review! Once she took over everything from getting the rental car to making sure my car was done the same day. She was great!! Thank you Jenny! The story isn't over yet though. On my way home, I heard/felt a thunking from my brand new brake system and rotors. So I called first thing in the am and was told to bring it back in. Again they had no clue I was told to come in this morning. But again Jenny was there to save the day.....at least as much as she could I think. They checked my brakes and said that they were fine. But I'm pretty sure they didn't actually drive it so they could hear/feel what I do. After the headache it had been even getting to this point, I decided to give myself a couple days off from dealing with Chrysler. And if by Friday I'm still experiencing the same problem, I'm going to take it back in and ask one of the guys from the service department to ride with me so they can experience what i have. So

Update: ok so Chrysler actually called me after I wrote this review as well as responded to their email to do a customer satisfaction survey, to talk about how they could improve my experience with them in the future. They seemed to care. Really the fact that they called at all is more than most businesses do, so that made me happy. And we'll just have to see how things go next time I have to take my car in. But I'm hopeful!
