It was a hand-pattied White Oak Pastures burger...medium rare...with smoked gouda and a nice dollop of blackberry-bacon-caramelized onion jam......served atop a buttered, toasted challah roll with a bottom schmear of roasted garlic-dijon aioli....paired with house cut fries and a chocolate malted in a stainless steel cup, as God intended. And I loved it.
