I drove from 3 1/2 hours away to purchase my Honda...
I drove from 3 1/2 hours away to purchase my Honda. My experience was very impersonal and process took a long time. The vehicle was on empty when we got it and we were not told the passenger door did not lock. We had to search for someone to assist us while we we there. And the communication over phone wasn't that great as well. We also thought we may have received a free gift such as a calendar or something like that but we received nothing. We weren't even offered anything to drink. We were a cash paying customer as well. I understand this dealership is very busy, but we felt like we were cattle, pushed in and out. I felt this dealership could have made this experience more warm and inviting.
