This flying club is easily the best in the Denver area. I researched a lot of clubs before joining the Aspen Flying Club. They have the best fleet of aircraft and very well maintained. (My thoughts are, if I'm flying in an airplane, I want it to stay flying while I'm in it. I also like that their fleet is relatively new. I particularly like the Gobosh 700 (they have 3 of them) Light Sport aircraft. The instructors and staff are supper friendly. If you just want to stop in and chat about aviation, or hang out to watch planes come and go, they are always accommodating. The ground school class was completely informative and will teach you everything you need to know to pass your written exam in a 6 week coarse. They always keep a hot pot of coffee in the lounge.
