The hotel has only 3 and not a 4 star standard. The rooms are spacious and clean too. The proximity to the beach is great.

For the fact that it is listed as a 4-star all-inclusive hotel, it is rather a cheek to only offer drinks of the cheapest category, as well as wine from vending machines that is hardly drinkable. You can of course also get higher quality drinks, but only for a fee. The icing on the cake is that you have to pay for non-alcoholic beer !!!
The soft drinks are all from the machine. The cocktails that are included in the All In are premixed and can only be distinguished by their color.
When eating, the first question asked is what one would like to drink. Then you have to help yourself when the drink is empty. Sometimes you get water with a lemon wedge and sometimes without, depending on the service staff.
The buffet is very extensive, but also very confusing and not structured according to the order of the meal. For example, the salad ingredients are in one place, the spices, oil, vinegar, etc. but somewhere else. In addition, in the draft, so that salt and pepper from the mill blow over the plate. In addition, there is no storage space for the plates on the bar table where these spices are.
The serving tongs on the warm dishes are sometimes so hot that you cannot touch them. As a result, they are already porous and dissolve. It would be nice if the food was so warm !!
