After trying to get an appointment to renew my medication I finally got a space confirmed online after 2 weeks. I went into the centre only to be told that no appointment exists for me. I asked when they could fit me in? and the answer was nothing is available!!!!! I showed them the confirmation on my phone. After 16 years of attending Swan Medical and dealing with a very professional Dr Oothsiesen I am now reluctantly looking elsewhere for medical attention. Either your system needs updating or you are employing incompetent staff, you are putting my health at risk by inefficient systems. This is by no means a reflection on the very over worked and dedicated Drs in that centre. Unfortunately I won't be coming back, when I find another Dr will be requesting all my records to be transferred.
