Told me they were selling me a used bike with a brand new frame (used components). After careful inspection of said "brand new" frame, my boyfriend and I found a large ding (not scratch, it was a quarter size indent in the middle of this frame). When we pressed the salesman about it, he said that it was "cosmetic." Difference of opinion on what constitutes a cosmetic scratch aside, this was clearly not a brand new frame as promised. We tried to get the price lowered as a result of this damage, but they refused. This surprised us because this damaged, used bike, was priced higher than the new version from the manufacturer. Overall, we definitely got the sense that we were being slightly scammed and that they did not have our best interest in mind.
