If you love yourself stay away from these people they are thieves!!!! I gave 950$ deposit when I first move in and they paid me ZERO when I moved out. They charged me the damages that I have no responsibility by saying "you needed to report these damages when you move in". I am sure that they are charging for those damages all the people had been moved in that flat! (They charged for couch damage 200$ per person, 600$ in total, you can renew the living room with that money!!!) They have very bad business ethics, and I heard a lot that who ever choosed zuma being super regretful for that. Be careful and make your search right. There are much more better quality apartments with same or lower prices! I would like to proud of this company for that founder is Turkish just like me and I would like to support him but unfortunately they made me ashamed about this. They have a very bad reputation and I am sure that they can't be continue this business for long because their attitude... Bye Zuma never see you again..
