I was trying to book a large party (60 people) with this restaurant. When I spoke with the hostess she was so nice and sweet and helpful. However after SEVERAL attempts to get in touch with the GM Jacob whom I was informed I needed to speak with, I NEVER received a call or even an email back. Extremely poor service. I will never eat here because of this. What a shame.

I can t figure out how to respond to your response, Robert. However these attempts were last month and Jacob was right near the phone the last attempt I made to contact him and he did not want to talk to me. Therefore after 2 weeks and 5 attempts to contact your restaurant for my event in January, we ve taken our party elsewhere. This is no way to treat a customer and is very unfortunate.
