My recent experience with Karen Cannon Realtors was very positive. My home sold in less than 2 days at a price above asking. Karen places a lot of emphasis on properly preparing the home for market with professional staging coupled with excellent use of marketing materials. She has tremendous knowledge of the local market and what sells homes. In my opinion, there is not a better agent or agency in the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area than Karen Cannon.
