Horrible temp agency to work for. They Never tell you exactly the accurate job descriptiom if no one has accepted work through job app. For example a digging job they will say is clean up and when you get to the job site they have you dig. They also have dropped the pay dramatocly . The pay is poor! I have also experienced favoritism . If you aren't one of the staffs favorite. Good luck getting a good job.or even work at all I made a formal complaint and showed proof of favoritism and immediately right after. I couldn't get work nothing was done. Instead they treated me like I didn't understand the rules . unfortunately I worked through the agency for a few years and saw the injustices and favoritism at this company and I hope that things change .I've asked that they record calls and have staff sign off on assignments so they can track any favoritism or retaliation and nothing has been done. I truly hope that no one else experiences what I have at the Kent and Seattle branch. I would NEVER rrefer anyone to this agency . There are others that will pay BETTER and treat employees with more RESPECT. Good Luck!

Today I called in to ask if they had work and I was told yes they did as soon as she asked my name she then put me on hold and then came back on an told me they had no work at all. I find this odd! The women i was speaking to was trying to listen to someone instructing her on what to say. She finally said they had a warehouse job and i asked her why i couldn't do this and then she said i needed the qualifications and i told her i had done this job in the past then she said i needed a background check and i told her i can come in and do that and she said that the job would be ending soon. This is BS!!! Clearly they dont want to help me get work because if they did thw response would have been different like " come on in and lets get the paperwork started and if this job isnt available at least you will be ready for the next" These staff are unprofessional in my opinion and i definitely feel they do not want to help me. Well congratulations!!! I will NEVER try again to ask for work at this companyand will NEVER recommendmy family and friends!!. I just hope no one else has to experience what i went through!
