Maxson Mccoy Review of Inland Power and Light

I tried calling 3 times, each time I was on hold for close to an hour, finally I was put into a call queue, and when I was my turn, she litterally hung up on me twice, the third time I got a voicemail, very unprofessional and being as this is an emergency situation youd think it would be easier to tell them what's going on. Terrible company that makes Avista look like a shiny example. The power goes out constantly in less than 20 mph winds, even when it doesn't go out it constantly blinks out for a few seconds or minutes. I had to tell them many times that a tree was resting on a power line before they eventually came out to cut the line free. My neighbors and I live in an area where everyone has wells, and fire danger is super high, the power goes off for no reason and leaves us without not only power but without water as well. Inland power is a joke, I've litterally drove for 29 miles looking for a downed line trying to figure out why the power is out and there is nothing. So either they are shutting down power to massive zones or the infrastructure they use is complete garbage and is set off in the slightest of wind. Then they leave you without power for days sometimes.. On the coast, it is regularly 25 -30mph plus winds and yet you don't see the power go down. If there was any other options for power I'd jump on it in a heartbeat.
