I called TLC and scheduled a tour of Plaisance Apartments on Thursday. The building manager, Norman, reached out to me later that day via e-mail and confirmed that a 4PM tour "works perfectly." Received an e-mail from Norman, the building manager, on the afternoon of Friday, the day after I scheduled and same the day that the tour was supposed to take place, informing me that the office was closing right at 4PM and asking if I wanted to reschedule the tour. He cancelled the tour on the day it was supposed to take place, despite confirming the day before that the 4PM time would work. I asked if the office always closes at 4PM on Friday. Turns out that the office closes at 6PM, and building manager just wanted to head out early that day -- even if that meant that my tour would be cancelled.

I e-mailed the building manager expressing my dissatisfaction with this situation, but did not receive an apology and there was no attempt to resolve the situation. HIGHLY unprofessional and this paints a PATHETIC image of management. If this is how prospective residents are treated, I won't be leasing with TLC.

Edit: Yes, Marrion is the name of the property manager I interacted with. In the review above, I incorrectly stated the name of the property manager as "Norman."
