Apart from a few outstanding staff members (nurses and techs) my two day stay at Holmes last week was generally an agonizing experience. Right now there is a significant shortage of personnel in the Lab Dept. and the Pharmacy. And I really did suffer because of it. I understand that this is the busiest time of year due to the incoming snowbirds and the bad flu season, but please get on the stick and hire some more qualified personnel.
