The whole place is incredibly Overpriced with a minimal and disappointing customer service experience. No one needs to be charging $20 for a watered down margarita. The beach staff were incredibly rude as well. I definitely have buyers remorse with this "resort" and wish I would have gotten something different. We couldn't even get new towels after 3 days of staying here.. Will not be recommending or returning to this hotel ever.

EDIT: Come to find out we were charged twice for everything. Management claims these were all "pre authorizations" but they were not. We paid over $300 just to park, over $30 for an on demand movie thats actually free to stream anywhere.
