Phillip Rogier Review of Exotic Feline Rescue Ctr

This is the largest exotic feline rescue center in the US based on the number of cats. There is a front section where they give tours and a back section where they care for most of the cats. If parking is full on the side of the road, you can keep driving until you reach the gravel parking lot and park there. The tours show a variety of cats: lions, tigers, pumas, bobcats, servals, lynxes, and maybe some more. These cats come from circuses, zoos, and personal owners who either couldn't take care of the cats or violated some safety laws. The cats here are well taken care of and some even rub up against the cages and chuff at you (large cats can't purr so they chuff to show affection.) Since the owner keeps the grass cut high or even over grown, it can be difficult to see the cats, good thing they are secured in the cages!
