Slow counter service. Even slower wait for car. The car had been ordered and paid for online. I had to wait for the paperwork at the counter because there was only one clerk in the middle of the afternoon and there were two parties in front of me. Then I had to wait outside for someone outside to find cars for three parties in front of me. Finally, I had to pick out a car from a selection of 6 which wasn't difficult but I would have preferred being told which car was mine inside and which stall to go pick it up so I could get in and go with waiting in 93 degree heat.
