Disappointed, to say the least. I read the direct...

Disappointed, to say the least. I read the directions for shipping, got the 'shipment notificaton', planned my special dinner and then nothing. They didn't even tender the package to FedEx until 36 hours after creating the shipping label and sending me a shipment notification that my 'next day' shipment was on its way. When I contacted them, they didn't really seem to care. For a high end, luxury item I expected better customer service. I won't be going back.
