I wish my experience with bale would have been a good one I tried
I currently have a Silverado in my driveway with a bale Chevrolet emblem on it belongs to my son. Made two visits first to describe what I was looking for. After searching on internet I found what I thought would work for me. After talking to a very polite kelton, and relaying info found out that the truck advertised was at the bale ranch I expressed my interest in it and received two email that the truck was at the dealership so I went to possibly purchase the truck after I also requested pics to save hassles and wasted time did not receive email I received the truck was at dealership for me look at test drive so I drove to the dealership and looked and looked no truck found out it was still at ranch but no problem waited till after noon the problem is this I even explained to rep on phone that I felt like I was having to push my business on them now after all that was told go get a cup of coffee the truck would be there shortly well that's right after 12 noon and receiving a new rep to work with the info I received was sorry we must have gotten the truck you was interested in confused with another truck after I explained noeveryone was confused for a couple of days but as of this morning confusion should be over that why I'm there I received the email with vin# and stock # bottom line is I tried to be a customer as best as I could really wasted my time and received a pretty good run around . Shouldn't have had to go thru this and how would the rest of the service be if I actually did get the truck I never was able to put my hands on . Give up.
