In the past few weeks I have been surprised at the state of affairs regarding the rental house that has been canceled and will be offered again.

In my experience it took a long time before the house appeared on the website. Every time I called, it was said that the property was on the website, but that turned out not to be the case.

One reason could be that it was a case of urgency and that these people had 1st choice due to an emergency. I didn't hear that formally. Informally, because there were two people at the door who really wanted to move into the house. Everything seemed to be in jugs and jugs, but in the end it was set off on (probably) the rental price.

There are 2 things that bother me about this case and that are:
1. That the housing association does not adopt a social attitude towards the people who are in an emergency situation. A rental price, as far as I can tell, could not be a reason because these people are in the same house only in a place that is not tenable.
If they take the rental price to the new house, their house can be rented for the commercially available price. This seems like a win-win situation. The housing association was not prepared for this. This greatly surprised me. Although I am not familiar with the entire file of these people, I lack empathy from the housing association for these people. All in all a very sad thing that I am most affected by as a socially involved person.
2. I would like to be kept informed when the property is placed on a website and if this takes longer for whatever reason, I would also like to know. Now I had to go after it myself.
