We went on a rainy day and it was well worth it! There was a long line to get in, but once in the display of colors, patterns, and music was great. We spent a good 3 hours there and don't believe we saw everything. It's a great place for everyone to enjoy. Not sure if it's busy like that all the time, but regardless, it's definitely a place to check out if you're in Tokyo.
