Pros:

I arrived in the morning and was told by one service advisor that it wouldn't be too long since I was in early and had an appointment. It took 3.5 hours to get the car in the service area for basic service and an oil change done for a 7:30am appointment on a Friday. Spoke with a service advisor about the wait, stated that she would get back to me and never did. That same service advisor passed me twice in the customer lounge while I was sitting in front of the door and didn't even acknowledge me. Now if I waited another 3 hours, would it have been brought in? ...the world may never know.
In conclusion, I was told there was a "mix up with the tags". Give me a break.
* I was given an $10 credit towards my bill for the mishap. Still dissatisfied
