Security services seem to be fine. Signed up for the pest control. The first time, I pre-paid for a year because of a promo they offered. It too worked fine. When it ran out, nobody called to schedule anything else. Eventually, I called them. So they came out for a new visit. I knew I'd need to sign up again but I was told I could sign up for a quarterly program where they'd bill quarterly and come out every three months to spray and if there were any problems in between they'd come at no charge. This was just like the yearly program although no discount but I could pay quarterly. Sounded reasonable enough so I agreed.

So.... I called in between. First time ever. Then I was told sorry, you only paid for a one-tme visit have a 30-day warranty window since you didn't pre-pay for the year and that I'd be charged for another visit before the next one.

Careful what you're promised. Apparently its B.S.
